I wouldn't mind going to Dell... One thing that kind of scared me a
bit from them is that I've known some people who have bought laptops
and PCs, and I believe happened to get "lemons"... The support wasn't
the best, one fella had to send off his laptop twice and didn't get it
back for 2 weeks(each time).

I do believe Dell has a good reputation, why this turned me a bit off
is because of the downtime I saw these people go through.... The poor
fella I knew was left with much down time in his office.

The company I'm prepared to deal with is local, they've been growing
for quite some time and have an impecable reputation.

They offer me 2 years, parts and labor. And if something does happen
like a HD or some RAM dies I know they will replace it ASAP.

I am, however always looking at Dells and a few other bigger brand
name computers.

That's where I'm at.

Thanks,

Yves
