Nope.  I have had XM for 2 1/2 year now and there is only one place I
get a fade out in the Southern California that lasts for about 3
seconds.  Same place every time when I drive down that street.  I can
drive from Los Angeles to SF, LV or PHX without losing the signal.

I do get no service if I am in things like a parking garage,
especially under ground.
