Is that out of date? I live in Rhondda Cynon Taff as far as I am aware, the counties changed in 94.
http://www.columbia.edu/kermit/ukcounties.html has more info on this, it seems that there are several options available according to whether you want to use the "traditional" counties or include the new unitary authorities.
