It used to be that way until the FAA under Bush Sr. changed the rules
to stop the equal time regulations. Previously if you had someone on
with one particular political bent you had to give equal time to
someone from the other side.

The Limbaughs and O'Reilly's etc couldn't handle it.

Besides Cuomo is not a professional radio personality. I would like to
see a professional talk show host of a decidely liberal bent go head
to head with someone like Limbaugh in a show on a regular basis. I
think it would be interesting to see what the audience reaction would
be.

Mind you that sort of show may not go over very well - the audience
would be required to critically think and evaluate each side rather
than just blindly follow what they are told.
