Given that my immediate boss in the initial site requirements meeting
wanted to know why the customers couldn't simply print the order form
and fax or mail it to us, I'm not going to be optimistic. But I'm
working on it.

Also for most places we looked at, they charged the same for 4 or 5
days attendence.
