This is one of my big hangups with CSS development right now. The
semantic model. A really good semantic model just doesn't provide a
robust enough base to work from to get the effects most people want.

I worried about this for a while too until I finally decided that my
responsibility is to ensure that the page is accessible but that
doesn't mean I have to "fix" broken browsers. Firefox and Opera prove
that pixel sizes don't have to be un-resizeable.
