Tony,

I did own an 02 F4i. I have an 03' VTX1800C now. Motorcycles are one of my
passions. I also am looking to get a Hayabusa. The F4i is essentially
unchanged since 01 with the addition of the banana seat in 04. If this is
your first motorcycle ever, don't even think about this bike. Unless, I can
take out a nice insurance policy on you. :) If you've ridden for a while,
this bike will take some adjustment to get used to the ripping speed you
will have INSTANTLY with the twist of the throttle. Its fuel injected,
light, nimble and is not far off in performance from the 600RR. Before the
600RR, the F4i was the Honda 600 Super sport. I LOVED that bike, ROCK SOLID
machinery, ran EXCELLENT. I had a bunch of performance parts added on as
well. FYI any of the 600 SS bike from Japan have NEAR the same performance,
so really it's a matter of looks. I personally think the F4i is the NICEST
looking 600CC bike made, even with the banana seat.

My 2 cents...
Jeff
