I actually don't go to Taco Cabana much for dinner as there is a plethora of non-chain local diners near my house, but it's a fresh and cheap alternative to huevos rancheros... I am getting so I can't stand the sight of eggs for some reason and it's pretty hard to get breakfast at a diner without getting eggs. Whereas these peple have steak and cilantro, what more could you want at 6AM?
