The more recent models actually have pretty good touch on the keyboards. 
I picked up a Casio CTK691 a few months ago, about $200, and have been 
very impressed.

Keyboard models can be difficult to search online, because the stores 
have worked hard to get all the top spots, but the following term in 
Google or Yahoo will weed out some of the catalogs:
