But what exactly do you mean?

FoxNews and CNN are news channels, but they also run various discussion 
programs that are based on the news, but are not technically "the news". On 
Fox, these programs will tend to have a conservative bent; on CNN, a liberal 
bent.

But when these two channels are running straight news, do you think they are 
still bias? And if so, how? Do they contort factual stories to appeal to 
their bias? Do they straight out lie? Do they over-report factual stories to 
support their bias, ignoring others?

When I watch the news, i simply expect facts. If there seem to be more 
stories that are "liberal" on a given night, some may chalk that up right 
away to bias. I'm not that quick to do that.
