Well, just about everything is fine in moderation.  Every once in a 
while the media draws our attention to some specific dietary concern.  
We all change our diets, eat differently... Then we all get bored with 
it and move on.  Remember when eggs were BAAAD for you? :-)

I'm just surprised caffeine hasn't yet hit the dietary spotlight.
