The only problem I had was that SP2's popup blocker and the popup blocker in AvantBrowser sometimes battled a bit (I would say "allow popups" in one but the other would still swat it). Basically just decide which one you want to use and disable the other. Oh - and my VPN Access software needed an upgrade afterward (it has a very annoying, unconfigurable firewall built in that was conflicting with the new SP2 firewall).
