Thus the conumdrum of businesses. For example people always complain about the seating and service on airlines, but it turns out nobody is willing to pay for better; they just like to complain. The same is true with news. Everyone complains about "bias" and say they just want the facts, but few people watch the only news program that delivers that, The News Hour, because they say it's too boring.
