Nice idea and I did think about it, but you don't know my users. I can't even begin to describe how many support calls I would get when they reach their limits and their mail stops working. I would have to explain it every 30 seconds to some idiot and cycle them every couple of weeks as the same users would keep filling their boxes and phoning again!
