My wife tried to purchase 3 tickets to the Alanis Morrisette concert in Bass Hall over the internet this weekend. The program constantly told us the session had expired and told us all our transactions had failed. Well, actually they didn't. We now have 12 tickets to Alanis with over $1000.00 charged to our credit card.
