One of the myriad of reasons that North Korea is simply not a threat to the 
United States. I wish we'd just quit engaging them all together....they are 
truly incosequential, and are only afforded the ability to direct world 
events because countries continue to react to their empty and pointless 
threats.

Ignore the paper tiger, and it'll quit rattling its cage in vain.
