My mobo and RAM both *seemed* new, stickered appropriately in original
boxes and shrinkwrapped. The chip was in a box marked "open it, it's
yours *permanently*".  Everything else was definately new, in original
packages.

I'm not advertising for TigerDirect, though.  They just had what I
wanted cheaper than anyone else I knew as a reputable seller.
