You could probably set the BBB on them for false advertising on their website. If you really want to, you can even take it to court.
They are liable for what they offer on their site, it is no different to if they had a big sign up in the store saying Free Shipping on that remote, and then when you got to the cash register they tell you no you can't get free shipping.
