You're being anal :P Some users don't really care - nor do they read. User calls up: "I don't know how to do X." Merchant: "Go here and read manual Y. Then call me back." User: "But where's the manual?" Marchant: "I sent you an email with a link to them." User: "Oh I don't read things like that."
