I wouldn't sneeze at any of them - nice, simple, solid work. I prefer the ship - but I think the red hull is too distracting (it draws the eye away from the text). The blue hull lessens this problem, but it's still there. I like the ship all the same color. The ship may also be a little busy - have you tried a solid silhouette instead?
