Personally I lose the top links as well. And the log in status/process is a little wonky (you can fill out fomrs without knowing you're logged in, then go to log in which, upon submit returns you to the same form, etc). The actual list/message display and navigation is very well done - it's the additional features that seem to have trouble finding their place.
