I've got a sanyo S750 (and a community site for the phone at
s750.co.uk) which came with synchronisation software on the CD, when I
changed phones I synchronised the old phone with outlook and then did
the same with the new one.

Does your phone have Bluetooth or IR, or is there a USB cable with it?
