> Jerry Johnson > Web Developer Well yes... responsibly being the key phrase... you're the rare responsible individual. At which point it's a matter of preference really... and I've known a person or two who didn't have a land-line. I get my internet service via DSL so for me it wouldn't make sense to only have cell service, since if I'm not at home I'm at the office (or I don't want to be interrupted on the occasions I'm going out to a movie or social gathering). I had one last year just because my client at the time was being whiney. I can't complain too much. They accidentally overpaid me at a time that I really needed the money and I still owe them hours, since they've not asked me for anything in... nearly a year now. As far as I know they were happy with my work, so I don't know what the drought is about other than simple economics. s. isaac dealey 954.522.6080 new epoch : isn't it time for a change? add features without fixtures with the onTap open source framework http://www.fusiontap.com http://coldfusion.sys-con.com/author/4806Dealey.htm ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:157481 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
