Video's been announced, and on one of the articles on Xbox.com they
went as far to say that you'll be able to pull hig-def video straight
from your PC...now what formats are supported is the real question.

There's 2 forward facing USB ports and one on the back. And another
article on Xbox.com talks about USB keys, USB HDs, and even iPods
plugging in and being able to tap the files on them.
