If you are the leader of a major country you can lie all you want as long as 
you are not under oath.  The oath you took on inauguration day doesn't count.  
It just provides you greater access to the media to better spread your lies 
while not under oath.

I gotta second that: wow!  I also agree that the evidence seems very
shaky at this point.  The things to keep in mind are:

1.) Many Americans support the war for reasons other than WMD even
though that was the lever used to get them out of their chair.

2.) Clinton was impeached because he lied under oath, not just because
his cigar was in Monica's hoo-haw.  In fact had he just admitted that,
he wouldn't have been impeached.  That means Mr. Bush would need to be
under investigation, he'd have to lie under oath, and there'd need to
be clear evidence to the contrary.  Or at least the facts would have
to be very strong.  At this point the ones you've posted aren't.

3.) Americans enjoy being lied to by their leaders and ask for it. 
Why do you think Mr. Bush was re-elected?
