We have quicktime downloads on our site. Last year, someone emailed me and said that he could not hear the audio from the quicktime clips. After about two days of emailing back and forth, it turned out he did not have a sound card...
Or, the person who thought our site was not safe to submit a credit card number, so he emailed me the number instead...
