I took it as a contraction for "tyrant is", which scans better that
the longer form. Think of it as poetic license. From the Sun.  Ha.

I don't like the fact they have the pictures. Someone should get fired
over THAT. The man is a criminal and madman, but that doesn't let us
off the hook for our own behavior for his treatment.

It is funny, though.
