Float trips in Missouri are sometimes watched by the Park Rangers for empty beer cans, bottle caps and Balloons. A nice hefty fine for polluting. So load it with Biscuits, it's safer and not polluting and when it hits you you'll think you've been shot as it splatters all over you and your friends.
