It's a guilty pleasure, people.  Guilty pleasures, IMO, are things that 
you know are not good, but just you just can't seem to break away from 
them.  For me, I like having my brain just turn to mush for an hour or 
so.  I never said it was good, I said I liked it.  To each is own, I guess.
