Probably not, really all he wants is a fairly simple test, probably around
20 questions, that I can program into our intranet.  It doesn't even have to
be very accurate.  For instance if it spits out an answer of 80 and is
accurate to only 10 points each way, the guy (or gal) still isn't genius
material whereas an answer of 140 is probably a good sign even if the test
is only 20 points accurate.  It isn't going to be a deciding factor just an
aid to make sure he isn't employing a doofus who happens to interview well.
