I stayed with a cousin in Boston for a month who had a Samoyed and a
mouse problem.
I'll never forget watching TV with the dog lying on the floor between me
and the TV, and a mouse running around the living room floor between me
and the dog.

The dog didn't take a bit of interest, he just looked at it once and
went back to panting at the TV.
Couldn't believe it. Laziest dog I ever saw.

They tried that - it made it bark more!!! It actually enjoyed the
noise/smell, so it barked so you would do it more... stupid animal

The Dogs are very dominant, so they aren't that easy to train - esp when
the little buggers are barking all the time... it got kicked out of the
training school as it barked so much
