Well, in Lexington, where we have the highest or second highest percentage
of adult smoking, we have a law against smoking inside public buildings.

In Kentucky, the home of many major tobacco companies, we just raised cig
taxes another 27 cents a pack.

They may never make it illegal, but they are going to make it harder to do.
