As Nick pointed out yesterday the Federal government isn't telling states they can't distribute mj within their borders. They just can't distribute to other states, they are only regulating federal commerce. In no way is that dictating how families should live. Just prevents someone in CA or Mexico from sending mj to someone in NY.
