You list cutting and bulking but I do neither. I always go for strength training and avoid bulking as much as possible (to prevent the lazy days sagging). > That is what I mean though. Not everyone. There were many times I've had two or three jobs. Then I was thisclose to becoming a dot com millionaire, which meant 90 hr weeks plus the side projects. Then when I had a baby I didn't have the time or the strength for at least a year, mainly due to lack of sleep. Once you fall out of the routine getting back in is the hard part, especially if you move around, finding a new gym and getting to it. > There is nothin wrong with high GI carbs. I'm talking about everyday life, three meals a day and two snacks a day. > Carbs aren't bad. Like I said, go by weight, if it's brown and weighs the same as wonder bread white skip it. I prefer flourless sprouted bread myself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:160109 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
