No, that's an Einstein joke. Einstein is driving down the road shen he sees blue lights in his rear view mirror. He keeps driving. A few minutes later, the cop pulls alongside and waves him off the road. The cop asks, "Didn't you see the blue lights?" Einstein replies that he did. "Don't you know that means to pull over?" asks the frustrated cop. "I'm sorry," Einstein replies, "I thought it meant you were catching up."
