I'm in Lexington, KY In the city it's a little more, but for 230k you can get 2-3k sqft. On around a half acre.
Out side the city you can buy 5 acres for around 70k and build a 3k sqft home for that price. > -----Original Message----- > From: Ray Champagne [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Friday, June 10, 2005 2:57 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: Re: Medical Marijuana Poll > > huh. everyone else i've talked to says that is crazy. > > where is "here" for you? and what kind of sq ftg can one get for 230K? > Just curious. > > my house is right around 1200sqft, on about 1/3 acre. > > Nick McClure wrote: > > OK, you know that ain't bad. > > > > Around here a 230k house would cost you $2226.40 a year in taxes. > > > > Plus we have an income and a sales tax. > > > > > >>-----Original Message----- > >>From: Ray Champagne [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >>Sent: Friday, June 10, 2005 2:33 PM > >>To: CF-Community > >>Subject: Re: Medical Marijuana Poll > >> > >>Then what did my parents pay for? > >> > >>If you knew the convoluted tax system we go by here in NH, you'd > >>understand my pissed-offedness.
