Let's face the facts. The Schiavo's maintained that:
1.) Michael Schiavo abused Terri and should therefore be exempt from
deciding her medical disposition. That claim is now definitively
false.
2.) Mrs. Schiavo was "minimally conscious", not in a PVS, and
cognizant of their presence. The doctor said she was the definition
of a PVS and also blind.
3.) That Mr. Schiavo possibly ("probably") caused her PVS ("minimally
conscious") by strangulation and was conspiring to hide that fact.
The doctor said there was no evidence whatsoever of any type of abuse.
Further it's now obvious that the doctors that came forward to claim
Ms. Schiavo was not in a PVS should have their licenses removed.
