Amazingly enough, she wrote back later in the day saying that she was
able to access it with Internet Explorer.  I figured I was in for a
battle.  Maybe this was just the straw that broke the camels back with
her.  I know I used to get really frustrated surfing to so many sites
that read "Best viewed with IE"

Of course, nowadays, if I get a message like that I just change my user agent.
