I use Dr. Divx to convert to Divx. Works very well. However, it is not a 
free program and it takes a long time to convert the content. It takes about 
5 hours for my PC to convert 2 hours of content. During this time, you don't 
want to be doing anything else on your PC. I believe you get a 60 day free 
trial if you download install it.
