The thing that puzzles me is why eminent domain suddenly appeared front-and-center on the corporate media channels, when it had been pretty much a blacklisted subject for so many years.
(Occupational licensing, forced union donations, school choice, there's *lots* of similar stuff which still doesn't make primetime.)
