My friend used to carry this thing around called the mini-bong. It was a 45-degree PVC elbow with a hole drilled in the side of it to allow a small neoprene tube through. We put this thing on a bottle neck. The tube allowed air to come from the outside to the top of the inverted bottle. The beer flew through the bong at lightspeed. I used to get a lot of free beer using it in bars.
