I agree. And considering that the local shelter was cited for cruelty
by the Humane Society whatever keeps an animal from going there is a
good thing in my eyes. Yes, it would be nice if they were all spayed
and chipped before being adopted. But give the givers credit, they are
at least *trying* to do right.
