You know, the trainer that did the classes for our pup said that it was a
good idea to use the crate as a time out place. Just don't treat the action
the same way.

Ziggy knows the difference between being a bad dog and having to go in the
crate and going in when he isn't in trouble.

It usually involves a special treat he only gets when going into the crate.
