ok. What a front-line soldier does when under fire is not murder. Beating someone to death in Gitmo might conceivably be murder. More likely manslaughter, if we were talking a green kid who was told to do something wrong and did.
What I am trying to say though is that Sam is setting up a straw man with his talk of calling soldiers baby-killers. I don't think anyone here has done that. I certainly do not agree with that statement.
