SAG isn't in the story. This is Pinellas County investigating Pinellas
County. They are sooooo going to say whoops we were negligent and
caused this woman's incapacitation :) This bit of sarcasm is true
whether there were or weren't. It's definitely one for the "ain't
going to happen" category.  Pure eyewash.

As for whether they were... ::shrug:: the wench is dead.  The rest of
us have to live with the precedent.
