Not a clue. I thought that I might, at some point, with weight and
diet and family history, have a problem someday (type II), but I am
too young!

I now know that I had symptoms for the last half year, but did not
recognise them as such. (thirst, phantom twitches in the feet, etc)

I was tired all winter and spring, so I started eating better and
attending a "boot camp" a few days week, but it wasn't helping.

They now think I've had pneumonia since Christmas. Added to the
effects of the high blood sugar, and a very busy schedule, I was
dragging every day.
