I certainly try to contribute... though I'm also something of a neurotic basket-case. :P Those list members who've talked to me in instant messengers can attest to that. :) I tend to be very self-conscious, rather in spite of having a big mouth and often being rather politically incorrect. But the hope is that I can both maintain a career and at the same time be genuine. It's a tricky thing to accomplish, as corporate culture tends to value politics more than humanity in a person.
