Yeah Guthrie, and nope still the old one. It's nice because it's
small so there's not a bad seat in the house, but it is cramped. They
have a nice deal too in that you can show up early, have dinner, and
and then see the show. (Although yesterday we ate elsewhere). It
right across from the Sculpture Garden and Arboretum so you can have a
nice walk and it's next door to the Walker Art center. (You prolly
know all of that)

It's very crowded though - definitely looking forward to the new
place. We used to have season tickets to the Ordway too, but it's
mostly musicals and we just got musicaled out. Although it's a great
theatre.

We saw one musical there that was the harbinger of our last season -
Carman. A "remake" of the opera Carmen, which had both straight and
gay sex scenes in it and was horrible. It is the only show to date
we've walked out on.

Chicago is great for shows too, although a bit more pricey. For
example we saw The Producers with Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane
before it went to Broadway. (It was good, but it wasn't THAT good).
