To answer my question from yesterday,

You need to copy the file in cfusionmx7/lib/neo-query.xml to your new
CF7 installation, replacing the existing file.

Then you need to restart the CF7 Service. When you go to the
administrator and check the datasource page, all your datasources
should be there.

You will need to refresh MS Access datasources by clicking on them to
edit, then clicking submit, since the datasources won't be registered
in Windows. Still, it saves an amazing amount of time. I am sure there
is another way to backup and restore the datasources from windows as
well, but I didn't need to go that far.

MySQL datasources work fine once they exist in MySQL. You get all
those from the MySQL/Data directory.

Dreamweaver MX stores its Site settings in Documents and Settings/Your
User/Application Data/Macromedia/Dreamweaver MX/Configuration (the
lowest numbered)/Site_Cache

Hope this helps someone in the future! :)
