Yay for lunch! But I can't really give more info since I don't know any more. But if I had time, I'd spend it focusing more on the Progressive Price Index part rather than the Private Accounts part. I think that's where the real hurt is.
And to be clear, I don't think Bush's plan is evil. I just don't see a benefit to me.
